Yoga and Workout

It felt good to go to yoga today.

I’ve been feeling strong and fit (whether I actually am is a different matter).  However, my fitness always seems to come accompanied by body parts that start to tweak.  Right now, my biceps are showing signs of tendinitis and my L anterior should has a tightness that is very hard to stretch.  I need to be careful not to injure myself.  So, I intend to take a step back in intensity.


I went to the gym for a light workout.


  • 5 min row
  • 5 min bike
  • 20 hipovers
  • 20 shoulder dislocates
  • 10 kayak stretchs (each side)
  • 3 rounds: 5 PU, 10 pushups, 15 overhead squats
