My Results

The ring workout felt pretty easy.
For the run, I followed my seventy-four year old father-in-law. He wanted to run ten kilometres. The last time I ran more than five kilometres was August 8, 2008. I was rather happy when the run was over.
I had a decent session at the gym but I could feel the ring workout in my core. Fabulous.
