Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)
My Result: 246
Crossfit is fun.
This was an interesting workout for me. I could feel that I went completely anaerobic in the first round which may mean that I started too hard. The second round was really hard because of this. Something interesting happened in the third. I felt like I kicked into another gear and was able to push much harder than the second round. It is always interesting to do a new workout like this. FGB put me in a metabolic haze. Super fun.
We substituted burpees for rowing today.
