Handstand push-ups are “nose to floor” and pull-ups are “strict” or non-kipping.

The pullups coupled with HSPU were heinous for me. I hadn’t done a strict pullup for a long time and today I felt like I was stuck as the bottom. I stopped short of doing the whole workout to keep it under 30min. Brutal.
I’m still making progress with double unders but I still have a long way to go.
