My result: 16:00
I took a full rest day yesterday because I thought I was getting sick. It was nice to wake up this morning feeling resting and energetic. JB came up with the above workout. The relatively higher number of reps really fatigued my legs. My double unders actually felt smooth today. Psyched. We did some Olympic lifting work afterwards. Nice work on Josh’s part to PB on his snatch.
