Back squat and burpees

Warmup:
Bike 5min
3 rounds CFWU and stretching
2×5 #185 back squat, some burpees
Workout:
Complete as many rounds as possible in twenty minutes of:
25 Burpees
Body weight back squat, 15 reps
My result: 3 rounds + 25 burpees + 12 squats(#185)
I took the easy way out today on the back squat weight. I should have used #190.
SWS and BM joined me for this one. It sure is fun suffering and watching others suffer. Ah, sadomaochism.
