3x: 5 pullups, 10 PU, 15 OHS, 5 #35 KBS
Workout:
Three rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
#50 KBS, 30 reps
20 Pull-ups
My result: 18:31
I’m too weak to use 2 pood (#70 for the KBS). I also lowered the PU from 30 reps and only did three rounds instead of five. This type of workout destroys me.
