3 rounds: 5 chinups, 10 pushups, 15 OHS
Light front squat, light cleans
Workout:
Clean and Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

This was my first time trying C & J. I’m certain my technique isn’t very good. I’d like to take video of my olympic lifting so that someone who knows what they are doing could analyze it and tell me how to improve.
