My results: 30:01
I would describe this workout as punishing. I accidentally didn’t do the burpees. I thought the push press was going to be restful. It wasn’t. I managed 11 DU in a row today (PR). The heaviest ball at the gym is #13.
BM didn’t show up. SWS took his place.
