Double-unders
Sit-ups
My result: 19:10
Double unders are very interesting. They seem so coordination dependent. As soon as I am out of breath I can’t do many in a row. I managed to do 7 in a row multiple times but did mostly 2 and 3 in a row. When I told Brad that my abs felt worked from the double unders he said that was because I was doing hanging knee raises with each double under. I can’t wait to do this workout again.
