Drytooling at the Playground
It’s the time of year when the weather can’t decide if it is fall or winter. The Playground is good fun. My psyche for ice/mixed is back!
Afternoon Workout
Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
What I did:
10 @ #135, 5 @ #225, 3 @ #315, 1 @ #365, 1 @ #385, 1 @ #405, 1 @ #415, 1 @ #425
This was my first time trying for a 1 RM deadlift. I didn’t try to go any heavier because my head felt like it was going to explode on the last lift. It’s probably a good thing I left something on the table judging by the video. My technique is horrible and my math was even worse (I thought I was lifting #415 but it was actually #425). Thanks to Will for the video and encouragement.
