My time: 18min

I didn’t have access to a rope so I substituted pullups for rope climbs.  The thrusters felt heavy with #115 compared to Fran (@ #95).  My time was proportionately much slower than my 1st Fran time.  Good fun.

    Heh. I did my first real CrossFit workout today. Our local gym didn’t have ropes either, so the trainer designed a new workout – 3 rounds of walking lunges, knees-to-elbows, and burpees.

    It broke me. But I want to try it again! As soon as I can move my legs normally.
